A: Yes! We offer a broad range of classes designed for all fitness levels.
Q: How do I sign-up for classes?
A: Signing up is easy. We only ask that you come to class 15 minutes early to register. Call 612-730-8065 if you would like to discuss which class options are best for you.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: We recommend that you bring a water bottle, sweat towel and mat (for yoga). We provide clean mats and other props at no charge. For comfort and hygiene, however, many students prefer to bring their own mat to class once they have developed a regular practice.
