Bring yoga to your workplace and offer employees an opportunity to rejuvenate and relax during their lunch hour or after work. The deep breathing and relaxation employees practice in yoga can help them return to work refreshed and revived, more focused and poised to make better decisions.
Many employers, of all sizes and industries, are taking a proactive approach to employee wellness by offering yoga in the workplace.
Yoga is much more than stretching and relaxing. Yoga is an approach to physical and mental health, well-being and personal growth. It can help us develop an awareness of the effects of stress in our lives, and the skills in which to manage them.
Yoga Can:
- Enhance employee productivity and morale
- Bring balance to a busy and stressful workday
- Improve flexibility & build strength
- Reduce sick time/absences
- Relieve back & shoulder pain
- Relax & clear your mind/increase concentration

Getting a Class Started at Your Office...
Class Format: A typical class lasts between 45 minutes to one hour. The first few minutes are spent sitting quietly practicing deep breathing, allowing the body and mind to wind down after a busy day. Next, there is about 30-40 minutes of stretching and strengthening the muscles of the body. Finally, we end with a deep guided relaxation allowing all tension to release.
No equipment or experience is necessary. Classes will be taught with the beginning student in mind, and mats and equipment will be provided. Classes can be held in a conference room or any large quiet area free from distractions.
General Information: Classes are held once or twice per week in 6 or 8 week segments. A group of 8 or more participants is recommended.
The latest fitness gear is not needed. Any comfortable clothing such as sweat pants and t-shirts are appropriate
Cost: $64 per participant for an eight-week session held once per week. Some companies subsidize the classes and pay a portion, while others simply provide the space and the opportunity.
**Companies subsidizing the entire cost may be charged a flat hourly rate for large groups to help control costs.
Getting a class started is easy.
We will begin by setting up a meeting to see the space that will be used for yoga and discuss any specifics for the class.
